PDF content does not appear in search

Check that your plan includes PDF search.
Check whether the Squarespace site has password protection. Monocle cannot index PDFs on a password-protected site. Remove the password, then crawl the site again.

Check these possible causes:

Open Hide pages from search results and check that the page is not excluded.
For Member Site pages, check that your plan includes Member Site search.
On the Site overview page, select Crawl again now.
Check whether the site has reached the page limit for its plan.
Monocle automatically excludes some Squarespace system pages, including pages that list other pages in a collection. You cannot change this setting. Email support@monocle-search.com if you need help.
